Good company culture, great teammates, WFH
Cons
For the most part, only one path to promotion from this position. A few people get a lot of raises, most people get none. Management is hit or miss. Constantly increasing workload for tech support with poor/no training and no extra pay. Mental health is touted as a priority in theory but in practice is handled poorly. At this point they mostly care about productivity and metrics, not customer experience or employees.
