Thank you for taking time out of your day to review WSECU! We agree that our culture is second to none and we work very hard to create an environment where employees can thrive. That includes ensuring our teammates have excellent benefits so they can take care of themselves and their families. Since WSECU is such an awesome place to work, many people choose to build their careers here long term; we recognize that this can translate into less movement for some staff. However, we prize internal candidates and encourage you to continue throwing your hat into the ring for opportunities that you are passionate about.

Pros

This was by far the best job I've ever had. WSECU genuinely cares about their members and employees and it shows. The environment in which you work can make or break a job and I absolutely loved it. The only reason why I quit was because I had to move out of state. I would've worked there until I retired. Health benefits are great in comparison to the credit union I work at now, they understand a balance between family and work, there are bonuses paid based on performance and there are monthly dialogues regarding your progress so you're always learning and growing.

Cons

This position can be stressful at times and it has the tendency to be busy. It can be difficult at times to get days off as it is based on tenure. As a full time rep, you're also required to work every 3rd Saturday but it could definitely be worse.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience as a WSECU employee. Your feedback is very important to us. It’s amazing to hear employees say “this is…the best job I’ve ever had.” We are glad to hear that you loved the benefits. Work and family life balance are very important to WSECU, so generous time off is a must-have benefit here. Our Contact Center Representatives are indeed busy people! They are on the front lines, providing excellent and timely service to our equally busy members. We will be keeping your comments in mind as we continue to look for ways to support our employees so that they can continue to provide the best member service possible.
