Pros

Some of the greatest people I've ever met in my life. Intelligent, caring and fun.

Cons

Workload often leads to burnout. Senior leadership cares so much about increasing revenue that they're willing to have wonderful, talented people leave in the name of higher stock prices. The H&B work model makes no sense and everyone is paid the same no matter where they live (no adjustments for different living expenses across the US)

Pros

Easy, OK Pay, OK Managers, Pay more than most call centers without the need for a degree

Cons

No opportunity to move up, The company makes it known that you are disposable/replaceable, Considered "seasonal" for many seasons & it often takes years for one to receive a permanent offer. Managers/Supervisors don't offer any real guidance, only a handful of supervisors actually care.
