We have been diligently working on managers providing feedback to our employees to help with their career development, another one of our core values. An example of this is that all Willis employees have a mid-year review with their line manager, which provides an opportunity to revise goals and objectives if needed, and a year-end review. During these review meetings, employees are encouraged to discuss any areas of concern with their manager (or vice versa), as well as career development opportunities.
