There is not much to say if you want to improve, subtle politics and lean towards employees that are more focused on doing nonrelated work and being productive in their role

Good people globally, Good benefits, inclusion and diversity, work life balance is good, friendly foreign counterparts, decent salary

Cons

Too little % in salary increase. New hires are paid more than the tenured ones. Management has too many metrics tool for employees but nothing has changed or improved. Less opportunities for growth and promotion only means higher expectation but with only a small salary increase. Employees are now being told to work on site since it is already "post-pandemic" but the higher ups aren't going to the office. Management has little transparency to the employees when it comes to reasons why new policies are being rolled-out.
