      Pros

      Develop 'Thick Skin' from the continuous and daunting task of door to door cold calling.

      Cons

      Terrible company to work for. Utilizes young recent college graduates to churn leads for them knowing you will not be there very long, making them 'house accounts' when you are either fired or quit.

      They don’t have your back

      It is certainly a job.

      Cons

      They paint this picture to make you believe they have your back. And it makes you work hard for them. Despite working so hard to the point you’re burned out. Then when they your numbers are low and request you pick it up, and you do just that by leading your team several weeks in certain categories, the just cut you off immediately. They don’t give a two week. You wake up one day and the next day you don’t have a job. A betrayal after you had worked so hard for them. They expect you to give them two weeks when you’re planning to quit, but can’t even allow you two weeks to search for a job.

      Run don’t walk. This is the most unethical place I have ever worked for, please bring don’t come on here trying to defend this when you guys let this stuff happen.
