The commission structure should be illegal. set commission no matter account size first year and it has to be "quality" in their eyes within the first 5 weeks. if its not you receive 0 commission on it even if it eventually becomes "quality".
Management is horrendous, they pick favorites and put all their time into those "favorites". The favorites get exclusive leads and meetings, or handed deals for their book of business.
When I left Worldwide express I had zero confidence in myself and my abilities due to the mental and emotional gas lighting that goes on. Was told flat out countless times my pitch sucked and I needed to work on it with no guidance. The trainers and managers are entirely too busy with their schedules that its hard to even get 15 minutes of their time for help.
I was top 3 in my training class at the start of my employment and one point being the top rep, within the first 6 months. I struggled heavily due to external factors during month 6 and 7 and was placed on an unattainable pip, for which I know for a fact 90% of the reps in that office were not hitting, so the purpose was for termination. I was placed on this pip while in the process of purchasing a house, one of the external factors. The week before I was set to close on my house they tried to terminate my employment, their excuse? "that they probably already confirmed employment I'll be fine." I think that speaks volumes of the culture and values within WWEX.
It also speaks volumes of a company who sees someone who is less than 9 months into their employment struggling after being a top rep in their training class and at times in their office placed on a pip, for reason of termination. During this pip I was suppose to having a meeting/call with my manager everyday after work and it only happened for like 3 days then when I would call he would be "putting out fires"
