      If you like walking around all day trying to sell shipping its for you

      Cons

      Go out and search for new business every day with a very bad commission structure. They get you in by a decent starting salary then you realize you barely get paid on any deals you bring on. Very one sided towards corporate getting all the money

      Thank you for your feedback. Yes, this is an outside sales position where our reps meet SMB business owners in person on a daily basis. This face to face interaction eases our customers through the transition to WWE services and helps our Account Executives build strong relationships with our clients. You are correct, our starting salary is very competitive and increases with promotions. Our commission structure is uncapped with a residual component. When our Account Executives acquire a new client, they own that client for the life of the account. It typically takes a few months for new Account Executives to build a book of business and see large commission checks but we supplement their income by offering quarterly fast start bonuses based on activity.

      Pros

      Company is decent at selling UPS. Strong base salary (45K). Nice, fun people in the office. Everything else is awful.

      Cons

      You will not be paid for the accounts you bring on board. Corporate will restructure your commission when they want to, so you are working 8 hours out in the field only to have to turn over the accounts you find and work to another rep or to corporate. No-one goes into sales to work for free. The freight team is a disaster. They do a bate and switch with customers on price which makes a TON of customers leave. This company is serious when they say they can only do small sized businesses. Don't even try to bring them a large account, because they will butcher it to the ground. There is a TON of turnover at this company, most reps stay one year or less because they aren't paid on their accounts and no room to have an actual career at this job. If you will be happy selling mostly UPS and making around $55K, they would be good for you.
