      Pros

      Young co-workers Casual dress code Free coffee & snacks That's all, I can not think of anything else good about this company. Although this could be different depending on your location.

      Cons

      Where to start... God forbid you're sick or need to take a day off. They talk behind your back and question that you really need the day off. No HR so if you have issues can't go to anyone. The most unprofessional work environment I've ever been in. People make fun of you if you don't drink, they make you feel bad if God forbid you want to leave work on time. The list goes on and on! Long long hours

      Pros

      Nice team and office. Training was great! The people are fun. Getting out meeting new people, helping manage new accounts. There was always something different to do each day.

      Cons

      Lots of pressure! Not enough leads. When it came down to it after training I was truly on my own. Having to be outside day out day in was trying. lots walking!

      Overworked, 60-70 hours per week is common and not worth the pay, bad management

      Pros

      On your own throughout the day, can work with great clients face to face.

      Cons

      Long hours, work at home on weekends, micromanaging and "were better than everyone" mentality by coworkers and upper management, very unethical company, overworked and not paid near enough for work put in.
