I had great direct managers during my time here. Good work / life balance and decent benefits. Good team culture, your feedback was appreciated.

Cons

Higher ups don't really take the time to get to know the people under them, you are unfortunately just a number. Layoffs for training, though when you read online about the "best parts of WWEX" you'll see that training is one of the most talked about benefits. Disappointed they didn't see our worth. HR zoom lay off was so heartless, we weren't allowed to ask questions we were told to email all our questions. Immediate access removal. For layoffs not performance related, I felt it was handled very poorly.

There’s a beer vending machine and the people in this office are pretty cool

Cons

Was recently acquired by a horrible larger company, GTZ. They call it a “merger” but no one in OP is calling any shots anymore. All GTZ cares about is the bottom line and unfortunately they aren’t very good at making that bottom line look good.
