      Pros

      Confident People, Enjoyable Atmosphere, Attitude of Company, Flexibility of work day/work week, Ability to have a balanced life/work schedule. This is not a place for mediocrity or self pity; I love that.

      Cons

      There is no perfect job; However, this job challenges me to be better on a daily basis. I can say that I've grown immensely over the past three years and have stayed motivated over that same period of time to compete, be a valued teammate and improve my skills both personally and professionally.

      Pros

      The career path at Worldwide is absolutely one intended for people who are looking to control their own success. The opportunity for growth and capacity to drive your income is what brought me to the company and what will keep me here for years to come. The training and development provided by leadership at a corporate and local level are second to none, certainly in the industry but I'd say in any sales capacity. Management is fully vested in the success of all member of the team, and will go out of their way time and again to help you achieve your goals. Performance based compensation is huge, coupled with bonus and national awards and recognition, you can utterly make a name and career for yourself with a great company at a very fast clip.

      Cons

      Like anything in life, "when much is given, much is expected." You have the ability to literally run your own business on a daily basis and the decisions made day in and day out will dictate your success.
