If you are willing to put your career at a high priority in your life this company gives back that weight in gold! Sell the brand name products but have a smaller office feel locally which provides a great culture. Hire only a handful of people each year in each office so they get a ton of attention in the first 6-12 months. The Field Sales Managers go out with the new reps in the cars multiple times each week to help them get traction.

I have worked at Worldwide for 3 years and it is the only job that I have truly liked. My background is Retail Management and there is no comparison in my professional and personal growth since I have taken this position. I can tell you first hand that you are definitely rewarded for hard work and results. I have personally had a hand in helping our office triple in growth and this past year at our national sales conference my co-worker and I both won $10,000. Although the money is great, feeling valued and appreciated means much more to me and I cannot say enough great things about the owner of our office as well as my co-workers.
