      This company is consistently growing from week to week. There are plenty of opportunities to increase what you make here both in your salary, commissions and contest winnings. A competitive company full of young, energetic people hungry to do well.

      Cons

      If you're not ready to work hard to earn your way, this is not the place for you. We work extremely hard, but are rewarded for it in several different ways.

      This is an aggressive outside sales company so it can be very challenging at times. You need to have a level set of emotions and not let your highs get to high or your lows get to low. The people who can handle adversity well and not over think things have success here. Anything you do in life where you have the ability to move up quickly and make a lot of money should be difficult at times and this company is no different.

      Pros

      Training, training, training. From day one and still today - 8 years later - I have received the highest level of training and development. I started as an Account Executive 8 years ago and have been promoted 5 times in that time. Currently, I am a Regional Sales Manager running a team of 7 sales reps and 5 customer service reps. The high level of responsibility and the corresponding expectations drive me to compete and succeed. The company culture is exceptional and the recognition received for your accomplishments is very motivating.

      Cons

      This is not the clock in clock out environment that some people want. You will work hard and sometimes the hours can be long.
