Unorganized and unprofessional management in place. Hospitalized for COVID followed by requirement of being in office the next business day. Prior to my hospitalization, I was informed that I was not where I need to be after 3 months of training. Keep in mind, I have no completed my 5 week training yet, and was told I should not be closing any deals until the completion of Sales 101. I was given no improvement plan before being let go and the leadership team would not let me give any input or words on the matter unless I had questions.

Very Customer Service Based--You get a decent amount of angry customers who are upset about their missing package. Base Pay could be higher. A lot of reporting--you have weekly reports, bi-weely reports, and Monthly reports that can be tedious at times. Your Bonus is based on growth from year to year, so if there was an insane amount of shipments the previous year, its hard to compete the following year. Role-Plays--You do roleplays in training and continuously through different training meetings, which is definitely uncomfortable.
