- They only promote from within - They don't rush you to make sales, the focus is on building the right way - Flexible schedule with split of WFH and office time - Clear documentation and expectations for what you need to do - Great communication from leadership - Open door policy with managers and trainers - Great training program - CEO is down to earth

Cons

- The only negative I have right now would be the company computers, some of them have the camera on the bottom of the screen... that is just poor design. Not entirely the fault of the company and they provide you with laptop stands. Just the only negative I have right now. Also wish I could access some of my work material from my personal computer although I understand why they don't allow it.

This is a great company for young professionals with little to no sales experience. Their training program is very rigorous and will instill great sales techniques but you have to be open to their method.

Cons

Depending on your market, their may not be much support and you have to grow your book of business while managing it.

- flexible schedule - amazing co-workers and boss - Great training program with very dedicated area and regional sales trainers - good pay and potential for bonuses and promotions

Cons

- I haven't had any cons right now, I love the atmosphere, the people, and everything about this position. There is so much opportunity for growth within the company and everyone is rooting for each other to succeed, this is the most positive and caring environment I have ever worked in!

- Videos are nice if going into a sales specific position, need to relate more to account management

Cons

- They don't provide a legitimate Account Manager training program for new employees - Hard to come into a position that doesn't provide training - The so called training videos do not relate to being an Account Manager - Hard to contribute to a team with barely any training being done - Don't allow people to "train" others if they don't have the time,

Worldwide Express does an excellent job at acclimating new employees to their company culture, as well as provide an abundance of resources to learn about the shipping industry. I've been very satisfied with the work/life balance, guided training programs and continuous feedback received during my first few months of employment.
