      Hands down, the poorest professional experience I have ever witnessed in my career!

      Pros

      Absolutely none that come to mind whatsoever. There were certainly some very good people in the organization and the flexible work-schedule that allowed for early departure on Friday afternoons was particularly pleasant BUT overall, this organization is a total disaster.

      Cons

      Bloated, disorganized, inefficient, extremely poor management at all levels and ultimately an awful culture with no leadership principals whatsoever. Without a doubt, the WORST experience in my entire career.

      Pros

      Flex Hours and Decent Pay. There are some decent people there who care.

      Cons

      Lots of changes recently, most of which are being driven by HQ in Germany and are not clearly communicated to employees. Many, many managers compared to a few amount of employees who actually do the work.
