Highly competitive pay. Opportunity to work with an international group/company.

Cons

Management lacks leadership abilities and vision. No consistent strategy or planning. Lots of silos with little information sharing, making it difficult to perform basic duties. Projects were very last-minute and disorganized--a lot of blaming the other guy. Harassment was part of the culture and several managers led by verbal abuse and threats. When concerns were brought up employees were told, "You should find another job." Many great employees did, so everyone else had to pick up the slack.

The pay was competitive and the benefits weren't too bad, they also had a fairly decent work-life balance

Cons

Management would bully subordinates, it was not uncommon to see professionals being yelled at in meetings or in the office and for the subordinates to breakdown. Many have left because it was so caustic and the ones that have stayed are stressed out. There is an alarmist nature to everything that happens, which adds to the stress that everyone is enduring.
