Great hrs. 4 10's. Great vacation time. + personal days. Flexible. Great working conditions. Most of the people are awesome.

Cons

Right to work has weakened the USW union by showing the work force isn't united so they have no bargaining power. Freeloaders get shown favoritism. Since restructuring has occurred people keep seeking new job endeavors and know one gets replaced. Perks we use to get bonuses parties...etc. Are non existent

Lake of true Lean leadership at Managment level

Pros

There people at the ground level that are looking to make change just waiting for leadership they can trust. Great benefits and pay structure for office employees.

Cons

Lean conversations but no True Lean follow through. Kaizen events are forced direction of Managment ideas. No cross functional team contribution. The idea and decisions are brought in by Managment and shoved down the throats of the participants. Some believe they are smarter than the team and don't let them come to solve the problem as a group. Doing so shows there ignorance and that they are clueless t on how to make cultural changes. Lack of maturity and real intelligence.

Coworkers are great, excellent health reimbursements, great environment.

Cons

Management is awful. Pay is below average (but they tell you you get paid better than most), and there is a lot of smoke in mirrors between corporate communications and the field.
