Thank you for your review and for being part of our team for the last few years! We appreciate your dedication and taking the time to share feedback. We’re happy to hear that you feel good about our company leadership and business outlook—it’s always encouraging to know that our team members share our confidence in the direction we’re heading. We appreciate your recognition that hard work and dedication pay off at Walser. At the same time, we acknowledge your point about the occasional busy periods and staff shortages. It's something we're actively working on, whether by improving our recruitment efforts or enhancing internal processes to ease workloads during peak times. Your feedback helps guide our focus as we continue to grow and improve. Thanks again for your contributions to Walser! We're always open to hearing more suggestions on how we can make our employee's experience even better. Sincerely, Lindsey Trett Walser's Director of Talent Acquisition

Pros

Co workers are nice. That's it

Cons

Extremely poor management and leadership. Walser way is a joke. Upper management is out of touch. Low level management is mostly yes men. Don't drink the cool aid. Walser always finds a way to screw over the employees.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We're glad to hear that you had positive experiences with your coworkers, but we take your concerns seriously about management and the company's commitment to its people. At Walser, we are committed to fostering a culture of respect, communication, and employee engagement. We are very sorry that you have not felt the support or care from leadership (at any level) in your many years of employment. We understand that there are areas where we need to improve, and feedback like yours helps us in that process. Leadership and management development are ongoing priorities, and we value honest insights to ensure that we’re addressing gaps in both leadership practices and team support. We strive to create an environment where all employees feel valued, heard, and supported. Our priority is to strengthen the relationships between employees at all levels of the organization to ensure we are not only caring for our customers but also for our team members. If you have any specific suggestions or would like to discuss your concerns in more detail, we invite you to reach out directly. We would be happy to set up a conversation with you and your General Manager, or someone from our Senior Leadership Team and/or the Human Resources Leadership Team. You can also email me directly at LTrett@walser.com, or Walser's Chief of Human Resources Officer, Sherry Schultz at SSchultz@walser.com to connect further.
