Pros

The other phone specialists will help you and make the day go by quicker.

Cons

The management is constantly gone amd comes back randomly. They will leave people for long periods of time during their training. It is definitely micromanaged.

Pros

Co workers are nice. That's it

Cons

Extremely poor management and leadership. Walser way is a joke. Upper management is out of touch. Low level management is mostly yes men. Don't drink the cool aid. Walser always finds a way to screw over the employees.

Pros

Can’t think of any good things about this company.

Cons

Terrible communication. Have to threaten to quit to get any sort of recognition. Managers are super lazy. Higher ups don’t care about you. Definitely feel very unappreciated.
