classic management quarrels and complications. Schedule sucks as well but thats all car sales

This was unheard of in our industry and has proven to better the work-life balance for our team (and resolve some of the challenges with typical retail hours). They will choose favorites and give them hours under the table so they make incentive wages. Lost count of service managers after 12 in 7 years
