Pros

A good amount of sales and leads

Cons

It can be a lot of hours and you have to work every Saturday and holiday (except for the 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) Not commissioned, but incentivized by volume and products sold per deal.

Pros

The company is very inclusive, and likes to strive to be the most innovative in the industry. Improving the process one way or another. It is fast paced and engaging. They do listen and treat everyone fairly.

Cons

They tend to be on the lower pay scales of the industry unfortunately, for more work than similar companies in the area. They are almost too involved in innovation that they will forgo well being of employees for implementation of new processes.

Pros

-Management cares about staff -hard work translates to success

Cons

-pay plan is sub-par for the industry - lots of "what have you done for me lately" attitude - success or failure, management has a short memory for both -absurdly high expectation for customer survey scores
