Pros

The industry is unique and depending upon your role / department, opportunity to be in a very creative position with exposure to artists.

Cons

Very siloed culture across business units. Sr. Leaders are virtually invisible to employees. Communication is poor at best. Successes and accomplishments are so rarely celebrated or publicized across the business. There is virtually no desire within the business to improve how we do things.

Pros

Best bands in the world are on the label. Lots of access to great music. Great location. Fun people at the lower level. Too many old school thinkers at the top

Cons

Top down management confined to a very small circle of people. No innovation. Too scared to be on the cutting edge.
