Very friendly and flexible, easy to work with especially in dealing with the University and receiving credit in exchange for time. Fun work environment.

Cons

No pay, very competitive but definitely work with some less qualified individuals. Supervisors are incredibly busy and need to make time to show interns the ropes.

* great relaxed environment + lots of paid time off * parent company WMG goals and passions are well-laid out * free music + meeting artists * developing careers of future big artists

Cons

* can be very slow to react to regional concerns about mgmt * lack of leadership & vision in the Nashville market * favors a quick fix rather than a long term solution * too many friends or family members in mgmt to be truly objective

Great staff. The employees are really great, and it's a real team environment. They're a kind bunch that really respect each other and work very hard to make sure that everyone is treated with kindness.

Cons

Sometimes upper management had the tendency to get run over by other departments because they were worried about their job security and often said yes to excessive and unrealistic demands.
