Pros
Wasatch feels more like a family than any other company I have worked for. They truly care for their employees and make them feel like part of a team. The atmosphere is fun and friendly but professional. Wasatch invests in its employees, is growing rapidly, and is constantly promoting from within. Management does a great job of planning out a career path for each individual and communicating with them regarding their progress along that path. Other companies may offer a higher starting salary, but Wasatch has superior growth opportunities and has a suite of programs that help support their employees and show they care.
Cons
None to speak of - Just like life: you get out of it what you put into it! If you are the sort of person who drama seems to follow around...… it will probably follow you here too.
