*Magnet hospital - renewed in 2021 *Proactive administration- high visibility and accessible *High staff retention

Cons

LEAN/Kaizen system in place. Huge waste of time and money. Top heavy in administration. Hard to get benefitted staff - lots of per diem positions given to fill holes.
