Pros

The rate of pay is great, the location is great. Staff is very hard working

Cons

Management is usually a family member of someone or a friend of someone, and they are not qualified to do the job they are working in. The facility has been known to "create" positions just to keep a person on the payroll

- Being able to work with a wonderful group of volunteers. - Great for those interested in getting into a health profession and wanting to gain insight on how a hospital function.

Nothing pertaining to staff, more of a my own personal issue was that renovations made it confusing to get around
