Nice teamwork amongst the nurses.

Cons

No breaks in 8 hours- happens regularly- no one cares! Hateful management and HR is a nightmare. If you appreciate intimidation and hatefulness this is the place for you!

Great hospital, the teamwork between physicians and nurses and support staff is excellent.

Cons

Shared rooms, rather than private are tough when you need to have difficult conversations with patients and there is someone else on the other side of the curtain.
