      Pros

      The team work at this hospital is unlike anything I've ever seen. The doctors are very personable to their nursing staff. The CNAs are amazing--definitely the hardest working CNAs I've ever worked with.

      Cons

      Scheduling is tough. 8 hours of work and the CNAs are not allowed to chart anything. Nursing has to fulfill the work of CNAs and RNs including intake and output, charting, vital signs in 8 hours. It's extremely hard to adjust to... but it's doable.
