Pros

The people I work with every day inspire and challenge me to be better. I've had so many growth opportunities professionally and have had countless opportunities to learn about the population we serve, Substance Use Disorder, and the recovery community.

Cons

Wayspring is constantly evolving to meet the needs of our members which results in constant change in org structure, process, etc. Some thrive in this environment while others struggle so it may not be the best fit for everyone.
