There are so many reasons I love working at Wayspring: * Everything here is fast paced (in a good way) - Wayspring is not afraid to try something, realize it doesn't work and try something new. There's a lot less red tape than larger organizations & a willingness to push things forward quickly. New ideas are accepted and appreciated and relatively "easy" to act on. * Wayspring is an incredibly mission drive organization. Everyone here buys into that mission and feels strong about it. I feel like at Wayspring I'm able to do what I'm good at in a way that helps people and that feels great. * Personally I get a lot of career fulfillment out of Wayspring - I get to do a wide variety of work and understand processes from start to finish. Rather than being siloed into one type of work I get to do a little bit of everything and see things from start to finish.
