Impactful work, incredible leadership, and colleagues that share a common passion. Tons of opportunities to create new and meaningful work - not afraid to question old processes and find new & innovative ways to solve problems.

Cons

Smaller company so opportunities can be limited, but leadership is flexible and does their best to accommodate and meet those needs.

Senior/Executive Leadership really do listen to feedback and actually take action. For example, the remote team had requested that we all meet in person outside of just our company holiday party and they made it happen. My manager has been fantastic. Understanding, patient, and attentive. Everyone on the team is very helpful. Great Customer service to internal stakeholders. I work remote but the office is also really nice. Company is healthy and growing. I feel fairly compensated.

Career progression has not been defined but is currently being addressed in my department. Sometimes roles are eliminated due to company restructuring
