Best Professional Decision I've Ever Made

Pros

Meaningful work Dedicated, professional teams Great pay Work / Life balance I had a good job when I interviewed with Axial. I had read about their mission to do something about the opioid epidemic in America and was intrigued. The interview process was thorough, and they go the extra mile to ensure a solid cultural fit. I knew that day that I wanted to be an Axialista! I've been in the tech industry for a long time, and I can honestly say that taking this job was the best decision of my work life.

Cons

Rapid growth usually brings some pain, but management has done a great job keeping things fun and sane. No cons.

Pros

I don’t think there’s enough space for me to sing the praises to show how much I love working at Wayspring. I have never worked for a company that cares for its employees as much as Wayspring does. I truly feel seen and heard here. I feel like I matter; that my input counts. The generous amount of PTO that we get is unmatched. I truly feel that the company cares about work-life balance. The remote position fits what I need for myself and my family. I love that there is a connection between all departments. Everyone supports everyone. We are able to provide services to a population who really are underserved. The members we serve truly matter to not just those of us who are member facing, but they genuinely matter to everyone who works at Wayspring. From those of us involved with members daily to the executives, you can see the passion for serving others. I love this company!!

Cons

I’m really having to struggle to see any cons of working at Wayspring. I guess it would be the high deductible of the medical insurance.
