Pros

axial Healthcare cares about each team member. axialistas are fun, real and down-to-earth people. Personal and professional lives are valued. Creativity and idea-sharing are encouraged. The office environment fosters collaboration and communication. Things like weekly lunch for team members and office snacks allow people to focus on work. Casual attire is allowed and dogs are welcomed - it doesn't get much better than this!

Cons

The open office environment can make focusing challenging at times, but people respect the "headphones-in-ears signals" and there are conference rooms to use.

Wayspring is "The One"

Pros

Wayspring is hands down the best place I have ever had the privilege to work. The executive team consistently keeps a high moral bar and makes decisions to prioritize patient outcomes. The company continues to invest in the development of staff members to allow for internal growth and promotions. It is so refreshing to have a company that receives the feedback of staff and acts to continuously improve. The culture at Wayspring is not just something that is touted at meetings but an intentional experience that is truly people first. I have felt supported both professionally and personally when life inevitably creeps in.

Cons

Wayspring is a very fast paced environment. We are seeking patient outcomes and process improvements daily. This results in frequent changes in workflows and focus areas. While many thrive in this environment, it may be viewed as a con to some applicants.
