Wayspring has provided me the work from home/remote work atmosphere I never knew I needed. Because of this, I am able to enjoy family time & be the present mother and wife I was unable to be when I worked in an office setting. Cons
Technology and connection issues are very, very common and disrupt many of our day-to-day tasks. The health benefits are a high deductible plan, expensive & not very good coverage.
