      Pros

      The onboarding process was thorough and went smoothly. It was well organized. The team all seem extremely happy to be at Waystar. Everyone is so knowledgeable and genuinely like working here.

      Cons

      The interview process seemed a bit long. In hindsight it makes me think that they were thoughtful and selective with who they wanted to hire which I appreciate. Comp is a little low in comparison to other companies.

      We are very proud of our robust new hire onboarding experience, which includes a 4-day company onboarding and our role-specific onboarding with toolkits to help along the way.       Used to be fully remote but now requiring back in office for a couple days a week.
