      Pros

      Everyone here is very helpful, and they truly want to see you succeed in your role. The pay is good, benefits are average, but seem to improve each year. The culture is very welcoming and inclusive, and the work/life balance is great. The company paid holidays are plentiful and the PTO is generous - it's accrued, but it is generous.

      Cons

      You cannot add your spouse to your insurance if he/she is eligible for coverage through their employer.

      Culture Management Coworkers Everyone has a great attitude and wanting to do the best job Great sense of teamwork here

      Cons

      The only con is having to go back into the office after the first of the year and hope it will continue to just be 3 days a week.

      Pros

      I'm still relatively new to Waystar, but I have really enjoyed working here. Everyone has a great attitude, people are friendly and willing to help, prepared and ready to work. It's fast paced, but work/life balance is clearly important. Time for dr appointments or kid drop offs, etc is never a problem. Really like the management style, no micro managing, clear and open communication, and an obvious regard for individuals' careers. I'm very happy to be part of the team.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that sometimes there's a tendency to have meetings where an email would suffice, so calendars get pretty booked up and it's not always the best use of time.
