      Pros

      Waystar does a fantastic job at onboarding new employees and setting their new hires up for success within the company.

      Cons

      Be prepared to have a working understanding of Microsoft Teams, Zoom and collaborative technology. Its a steep learning curve if you haven't used anything like it before.

      Pros

      I am a new employee here. So far everything looks fantastic. Waystar provides great equipment to work from home and their IT staff helps in the set up very patiently. The recruiter Michael Simmons is a very patient and easy to talk to person. He made me feel like he was working for me, and that was great. It looks like everything is paperless so far.

      Really nothing so far for now.
