Amazing Mid-Tier Company That is Growing

Great Work-life balance: Even though I am Salary, there was concern and action taken when asked to work on the weekend Compassionate and Hard-working Team: I couldn't complain about a single person on my or anyone else's team Leadership: Leadership cares about you and your growth along with providing swag to make you feel like a part of the team Diversity: Anybody is welcome and it shows

Cons

Unable to fast-track title growth: There are rare cases to become a manager without someone else leaving the position. You will be given tools such as LinkedIn learning, team training, or cross-functional projects to learn but don't expect a title for at least 3-5 years. 401K match and PTO benefits: This is not so much a con as just being average Constantly shifting roles within leadership and teams: I have had 3 different directors in 2 years and every year I expect some team to have new responsibilities due to acquisitions or regional client shifts.
