      Immense Growth, the organization is in a high state of growth. There is a ton of opportunity to here at Waystar. Culture and Values, it is rare to find an organization that truly lives and talks about it values regularly. It lends to the culture here. Waystar is an awesome organization that leads with kindness. Fascinating Industry, the marriage of technology and healthcare is an awesome space to work in. You will learn a ton and realize how much of an impact you can make in this industry.

      Waystar has been the best company in my career to foster a positive work culture. Their values are at the forefront of everything they do, including how they treat and interact with team members and how they deliver solutions to clients.
