Pros

Great company benefits & values… they are buying up everyone.

Cons

…they forget their values. What works for one isn’t for all. Management plays favorites and will have different rules for different workers. Department will be under guidelines to go in to the office, yet your own leadership is out of state and doesn’t show up in office ever. Result is a waste of time being in office and still on Teams or Zoom Meetings. If you know your role, you will get more work from those who don’t. Instead of letting go of ones that don’t pickup the job, they assign them easier work. Although they are absorbing companies, those grandfathered in my purchase have better benefits from WAH to pay.
