You’ll learn a lot about the healthcare staffing business that you can use for a career in that field.

Cons

They will work you hard to build up a pipeline of candidates and then let you go and divy up your hard work with everyone still left there. Most people who are there long term have inherited the majority of doctors they work with.

Big company, different clients, different location, different opportunities.

Cons

Liers, non-geneuin and fake agents, only care about profit, non professional, phone call harassment is out of control. You will continue to harass you until they hunt you then all the promises they made before you get involved goes down the drain.
