Pros

Money - That is all they have to offer. They will tell you how great they are and convince you nobody cares about their employees like they do. LIES

Cons

They hold money over your head which allows them to beat you up knowing you cannot go anywhere else. Its a boys club - I watched people do unethical business practices and actions such as sexual harassment and get away with it and then someone else can make a small mistake and its the end of the world.

Pros

Sad to say, but not much pro's that set it apart from other agencies

Cons

Ongoing commission cuts and highest malpractice rate in the nation which also cuts into your margin and commission. Management that are better suited to be elementary school teachers at best and have no business managing a sales team. Biggest turnover rate I've seen at any company. Once you realize this, you will be stuck there if you want to stay in physician recruiting as they have a strict 1 year non compete where you cannot work in any capacity at another agency.

Pros

They have a great training program. You will learn a lot of valuable skills you can use for your next job. Weatherby strives on company culture and values. They do everything they can to keep their employees from going to other staffing companies.

Cons

The new commission structure is just embarrassing compared to other staffing companies. Unless you were hired before 2015, you will NEVER make 6 figures working for Weatherby Healthcare. You can run the most successful desk as a sales rep, but they start your commission at 3%. No matter how many doctors you have working for you, your lucky to make 10-15 grand in commission after 2 years of hard work. If your happy with making 50,000 a year after 2 years of 11 hour days Monday-Saturday than this job is for you. Do research on other physician staffing companies and you will quickly see that Weatherby offers the lowest commission in the business. Any body that tells you that their making 6 figures as a sales rep at Weatherby is on the old commission plan.
