I joined Weatherby about three months ago and have been genuinely impressed by the experience. The onboarding process was exceptionally thorough and well-structured not a rushed checklist, but a real plan designed to bring me up to speed quickly and help me gain momentum. As I've ramped up into the business, the support hasn't dropped off. My leadership team is consistently available, engaged, and clearly committed to helping me do well. The team really does walk the walk when it comes to people, accountability, and just being a hell of a good place to come to work everyday. I'm really enjoying it. They also really do take care of the medical providers they serve. People care about what they're doing everyday and it shows in way they treat their doctors and clients.

Cons

Nothing significant to report at this stage. Still early in my tenure, but so far the experience has matched expectations.
