Pros
They have a fun environment that is interactive and encourages their employees to bond in ways that no other company does. They do fundraisers, team building classes, free courses during lunch, catered meals, fun snacks, the list goes on. The culture is very welcoming and a the only pro to this job, besides the trip to SLC for your training.
Cons
If you involve yourself in the culture, you will be talked to. More like reprimanded. You won’t be taken seriously if you are the least bit social. This is a CALLING CENTER. -KPI’s are unreasonable and even if you meet the expectation, you are frowned upon if you did not voluntarily do more. -8 hour days are NOT enough. In fact, you are talked to / reprimanded if your “leader” notices that you leave to go home after only 9 hours in the office for the day. You didn’t come in on Saturday? Ooof. Be prepared!
