      Pros

      - Amazing work environment with great people - Ample room for growth - The product brings amazing value to the customer. It's awesome to be a part of something that truly benefits the end user.

      Cons

      - It's a start up, so there are lots of changes taking place all the time. - Formal training is in its infancy still. A lot of the skills and knowledge you gain is learned as you go. With the company's growth, this is getting better.

      Pros

      I enjoy working at Weave because I feel like I'm a part of something great. It's fun to watch the company grow and to see the product continue to evolve and take shape. The people that work here are wonderful and hard working. There is a sense of culture and pride here and it's a privilege to be involved.

      Cons

      Being on the onboarding team puts me on the front line with customers, and just like any other customer service position, there is the occasional angry/crazy person that you have to deal with.

      Pros

      I have worked at Weave for six months now, and it truly is an amazing company. Being part of a start up that has had tremendous growth has allowed me to grow in different positions and learn many new skills. The culture at Weave is fantastic, work hard, get your job done and you will be rewarded. Management is akways willing to listen to ideas or thoughts on how things can be done differently and they work very hard to ensure the happiness of their employees. From the bottom up it truly is one big family.

      Cons

      You may at times experience growing pains, just like any other startup. However, if you are a dynamic person who can adapt this is not an issue. Bring a hard working can do attitude and you will be successful here.
