Pros
Incredible work setting on 4th floor with incredible views of surrounding Utah mountains. Very generous company with free snacks and drinks and catered meals happen frequently enough to keep people happy (free food is always great). Helping grow a company from the ground up is an incredibly rewarding experience. Being with a company that's growing as fast as Weave is growing is an incredible opportunity. Especially if you can get in early while we are still relatively small (not for long). Weave is the best opportunity I've ever seen to start a career here, or let it spring board you into countless opportunities down the road. This is the type of job that other companies will constantly be trying to head hunt from. We are pioneering a new industry and the growth options for the company and employees are endless. Never worked for another company before that cared as much about their employees as Weave does. Incredibly good company to work for that allows for very fair work/life balance.
Cons
Communication in any company is difficult. With a start up company it's not as hard because all of the employees know each other, so to speak. With the company growing as fast as we are we are starting to lose track of the need for constant communication. The left hand doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing a lot of times. It all works itself out every time, there are just things we need to work on with communication. That is literally my only complaint about Weave.
