Instead of griping and posting negative reviews, move on to an opportunity that better suits your needs and goals. Everything about it is lackluster, out dated and stale; the "culture", technology, innovation and reoccurring "struggles" of the company as a whole. Management has no clue how to mindfully engage much less walk the walk the expect of others. Drones for the most part. Advancement? Unless this is your first job, don't expect to be compensated (annual reviews are subjective; the review "formula" for rating is kept hidden from employees) nor find a path to higher career success. Purse-strings for annual "bonus" are pulled tight and equally as subjective. There are none with no where for a person with any experience to go in this company.
