Great culture! Extremely talented and fun people to work with. Metrics crazy, which I tend to like.

Cons

Got acquired by a much larger company in Sept 2016, but the jury is still out on the long-term affects - i.e. not sure if this actually a "con" yet, but something to watch.

Pros

There have been no layoffs yet. It looks like the Raleigh office is going to stay around, at least for now.

Cons

Founder of company developed it into an ESOP to never be sold, then it was sold anyways after his death because employees didn't yet own enough of the company to have a say.
