      Great pay, great environment and culture. Phenomenal leadership and did I mention you actually have fun working here? Best software company I have ever worked at by FAR!

      Pros

      Reading the reviews, you gotta think this is a love it or hate it job. Its more like its just a job. It's like any job you get where you go in, do your thing and leave. They are pretty honest when they say its a casual place and I like wearing shorts and flipflops to work. Do I love this job or feel any big loyalty to the owners? I can't say I do. It's a job. It pays the bills.

      Cons

      I'm not unsatisfied with my job, but it's not exciting either. Irregardless of anything other people have said, this isn't a horrible place. The worse is you know that the owners see you as expendable and rather than invest in you, their attitude is their way or the highway.
